Our warm and friendly intake coordinator will connect you with a therapist who aligns with your needs. In your initial consultation, a relaxed 15-20 minute chat, you’ll have the opportunity to share what you’re looking for in therapy, discuss your availability, and get to know your therapist a little better. This initial conversation is all about making sure you feel comfortable and ready to start your journey with us.
As we continue, the assessment phase allows us to dive a bit deeper together. During this time, your therapist will gently guide you through discussions and perhaps some questionnaires, all aimed at understanding your experiences and what’s been on your mind. Think of it as a collaborative exploration, where we gather insights that will help us tailor the therapy to suit you perfectly.
Once the assessment is complete, we’ll sit down together to talk through what we’ve discovered. This feedback session is a two-way conversation, where we’ll review the proposed treatment plan and make sure it feels right for you. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling about the suggested approach and explore the best ways we can support you on your path forward.
Ongoing therapy is where the real work happens, and we’ll be with you every step of the way. In these regular sessions, we’ll create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Your therapist will use techniques that are best suited to your unique situation, and we’ll keep the lines of communication open, regularly checking in on your progress and adjusting our approach to ensure you’re getting what you need from therapy.
